Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LUCA (“the GPT”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use LUCA. Galaxy Way Co may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page.
Purpose of LUCA
LUCA is an informational tool that analyzes zoning, planning overlays, and development incentives for parcels in Los Angeles. It is provided as a beta product for convenience and efficiency.
No Professional Advice
LUCA is not a substitute for professional legal, architectural, engineering, or planning services. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. All results must be independently verified before making investment, entitlement, or development decisions.
User Responsibilities
Do not enter sensitive personal information (e.g., SSNs, financial account numbers).
You are responsible for how you use LUCA’s outputs.
You agree not to use LUCA for unlawful purposes.
Data Sources and Availability
LUCA queries public data sources (e.g., Los Angeles County GIS, City of Los Angeles ArcGIS services, HUD datasets). Data availability depends on these third-party services. Galaxy Way Co cannot guarantee uptime, completeness, or accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
Galaxy Way Co provides LUCA “as is” and makes no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxy Way Co disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of LUCA, including reliance on outputs.
Intellectual Property
All branding, templates, and documentation provided with LUCA are the property of Galaxy Way Co. You may not resell or redistribute LUCA outputs without permission.
Termination
Galaxy Way Co may suspend or terminate access to LUCA at any time without notice, for any reason, including misuse.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California.
